Patty at the office is the most inpatient and rude person in the world. She has yelled at kids, called the cops for kids sledding, and is extremely short worded when it comes time to asking for help. If you ask me, you should steer away from this complex just because of her. Her lack of respect for others shows as she acts like she has a chip on her shoulder because she works at the leasing office. Please do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else to live

Alicia aka “Ursula” from little mermaid, is the worst. Very fake, nasty and not helpful. She just puts in her 9-5 and clocks out or just pushes you along to Patricia.

Nice property, TERRIBLE soundproofing. If you live here, you will hear EVERYTHING that happens above you and below you. The walls on the sides of the units are actually decent, but my god the ceiling and floors are so thin you can hear people walking around in socks as you ceiling vibrates from the motion. Not worth it if you can avoid. EDIT: In response to "management", and I use that term lightly, yes there were efforts to put carpets above me and in my unit. It did nothing. I actually spoke with the upstairs tenant and with my SO, and we had one person walk in the unit above and the other listen below. Walking in socks vibrated the ceiling. Prospective tenants, read the other reviews, many speak of having noise complaints either against them or having to deal with the units above. If the people above you or below you work the same hours and sleep at the same time, it's no big deal, but god forbid one of you is on night shift or you happen to live above some old lady, good luck. Spoken with multiple other tenants and they all said the same thing. To be fair, it's a problem with many multi-story apartment dwellings, but this property certainly isn't one of the better ones in this regard. Renter beware. Also, beware the property managers. All smiles until you sign, but after that they can't be bothered. Reggie was great though. Man of few words but helped out and was professional.

Our buildings are not serviced by elevators. As for walk in showers, it would depend on the floor plan, some of our units have walk in shower stalls. As for noise above you, this is a multifamily community and as such, some noise is to be expected; however, we do have quiet hours as a part of the lease.
