24-hour gas station with service that cuts off at 8:00 p.m. apparently

They have a sign by the bathroom that says it’s closed between 8pm and 6am …in a 24 hour gas station. When I asked why was it closed, first he mentioned it was just tonight then followed by saying they do not pay him enough… so even though I am paying customer, I can not use the restroom because workers feel underpaid and don’t want to watch the restroom? By the way, it was 3 employees working tonight.

No they don't have DEF on some of their pumps and certain locations
