Sean and his team were responsive, automated on line, sent text and email reminders and sent a text telling me he was on his way. His group was professional and cleaned my sectional couch of all stains even the one they weren’t sure of. The cleaning solution is not pleasant and the machines they bring into the house were noisy but they got the job done and my sectional clean!!!

We had Heaven’s Best clean our bedroom carpets, which are very thick - even difficult to vacuum. Our grandson had vomited in the doorway, and the stain was pretty bad, They got it completely clean! Given that experience, we just had them come and clean the upholstery on our couch, some bar stools, area rug, and the worst of all - our deceased German Shepherd’s bed of choice - a WHITE loveseat. It was SO dirty, but it’s so comfy, we just wanted to try to get it clean. Well, Heaven’s Best got it nearly perfectly clean! There are still a few very light spots, but it’s amazing how clean it is now! I did wait 2 weeks for an appointment, but it was easy to make one online, communication was easy with texts and a phone call the day of asking if they could come early due to a cancellation. Both times they’ve been here, they have been punctual, professional, friendly, and most importantly, did a fantastic job! It is a rare thing in the Low Country! After 2 jobs done for us so well, we highly recommend Heaven’s Best.

Their system to pay isn’t sufficient. Payment pending on my end so funds are tied up. They attack, berate, and harass me by calling five or six times back to back while I’m at work, text and even threaten to show up at my house. They need a new system that actually excepts electronic payment so they don’t treat anyone else the way they have treated me after I have tried paying on their system four times. The customer service is awful and the woman continues to speak over me and yells on the phone. I’m disgusted and appalled at how they have spoken to me. If it was a corporation I would call someone well above their pay grade.

The two PROFESSIONAL carpet cleaners were totally awesome. The gentleman's name was Quentinchin and the lady's name was Tre. They were punctual, thorough, friendly and professional. They took care of a 1000 sq.ft section of our home in Lawton Station. The results were fabulous.. Having been in business for myself several years, I recognize good customer service when I see it. This was superb!
