Update: The manager Holly from the main branch called me and refunded the money for our order, and apologized for my experience. I updated the rating from 1 to 3 stars because of this. I placed a delivery that was not received, and the customer service I received when I called for help was horrid. I spoke with Alicia (apparently the manager) first, who seemed irritated by my call. The only help they would provide was to confirm the address, and give a name of the person that signed for the flowers. I received no delivery confirmation, only a picture of the flowers in my email for me to rate (before they were delivered). I received no offer to assist me with placing another order, or to try and do anything to make the situation right. When I called back the second time to get the first persons name, I spoke with Jason who called me "man" like 3 times, and was intentionally difficult when I asked for the first persons name. Very unprofessional and needlessly difficult until I asked to speak to a supervisor. I am so incredibly disappointed, especially since this was order on behalf of a friend that is in a place that makes him unable to place the order himself. I was looking for so much more with my call for help, and was met with irritation and dismissiveness. I would not recommend this business to anyone, because if things go wrong they just dont care.

Ordered some birthday flowers for my mom. The flowers are beautiful and they arrived just when I expected them, but they showed up to my house and not my mom's. Looking at the confirmation, it looks like it was my fault, but I swear I entered the correct address. I think chromes auto-fill must have populated both addresses after I had already entered the delivery address. Leaving four stars in hopes that you'll update your website to make this error more avoidable. Overall very pleased! Just wish it had showed up where I meant it to.

I got my wedding flowers from here! They were super helpful and attentive! I got pictures of what my flowers looked like to day before and flower delivery was right on time to the venue! They were affordable and beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I would definitely recommend you get flowers from here!
