Two weeks in a row now they have not touched any of the yard debris. It wasn't much, but it grows every week... A small pile of limbs, cut to accepted lengths and now 4 bags of leaf/twig debris. I called last week and have still not been contacted in return on why it wasn't picked up last week...

Baxter, When I calling the people answering the phones was very unprofessional and rude." She told me to throw my yard debris on my yard and they would come bye next week and pick up some of it. They only send one truck to pick up debris in the hole area. We were not hit by the hurricane. Very poor Customer Service. I will be looking for a new company on monday.

Update: Charles reached out, Apologized for the bags on the ground and informed me that any trash bags on the lid or if the lid is open to high the can can't be lifted. Despite leaving bags on the ground which he Apologized for the service was professional and measures would be taken to prevent litter on the ground from their end. Fast response time as well.

I have an acct with Priority Waste and there was an incident that the bank ended up sending a large payment to the company. I contacted Priority Waste and spoke with Tina Guarini and she was the sweetest person that I have ever had contact with. I read the reviews and was afraid of calling, because I'm in the middle of school right now and didn't need the attitude. She didn't give me any of that; she felt that the payment was sent by accident and she was more than happy to send the payment back to me through mail. I don't know who has been handling the other customers from this company but maybe Tina needs to train them because she's awesome. Thanks Tina you're the best girl!!!!
