I was on my way home from a long road trip when my truck started having problems on I-95 just outside of Savannah, GA. I thought that my issue was transmission related, so I had it towed to Coastal Transmission Service, based entirely on their google reviews and how kind they were on the phone. They looked at my vehicle, and decided that there wasn't anything wrong with the transmission. They told me that "We really like selling transmissions, but I'm not going to sell you a transmission if you don't need it". Lots of other shops would have taken advantage of me, but Coastal Transmission Service is an honest shop run by a very respectful and kind husband and wife team. While I hope to never need transmission work in Savannah, GA, I would not hesitate to return to Coastal Transmission Service.

They always update you on what's going on and they do their best to make the experience a Great one. They are easy to get on the phone and they answer any and every question you may have.
