First, Let me say I hope all is well with Michelle. After speaking to her about my rental property, she was very nice and appeared to interested. She asked questions and got an understanding of what I was looking for. We had set up an appointment with my current Tenant so that she could review the property and start the process. The appointment was made for Sunday 5/29/2022. Michelle was a no show. She did not call my tenant to cancel nor did she call me. I tried calling her and let a message asking for a returned call. She did not respond. Again, if this was not an emergency situation, then I feel she or her partner could have at least called out of courtesy to say she was not interested.

I have worked with Michelle for the past 10 years, providing services for her property management rentals and homes she has listed for sale. Her expectations on her rental homes is top notch. She stays in constant communication on updates with our appointments. I have been to almost all of the homes she manages and it amazes me how she knows everything about her rental properties. I highly recommend Michelle if you are a vendor that provides services to property managers / Realtor. Invoicing and payments are simple and quick. If you are a landlord or tenant looking for a Realtor or Property Manager, you will be working with best in Pooler and Savannah. Thank you Michelle for being a great network partner and helping me grow my business.

Our family moved from out of state to Savannah in 2020. Our son was accepted to SCAD and we decided to take the opportunity to live in the warmer weather more than 3 months a year! We contacted Michelle about a home we were very interested in. Moving from another state that we lived in our whole lives to a unfamiliar state we knew it would be challenging. But, Michelle made us feel welcomed and helped with one of our biggest decisions at such a difficult time. Michelle has gone well and behind from the very beginning stages to help us along the way. Also, educating us more about Georgia!! We just recently had to move to another property manager due to the home being sold. We unfortunately, only we’re able to work with Michelle for a short time but we feel like we made a life long friend!!! It was such a touch decision to either continue living in the home or loose Michelle as our property manager!! We only chose to continue to stay in the home under new management because of the very difficult housing market today!! We hope to work with Michelle again one day!! If you are looking for that team that will not make you feel like a number but is deeply concerned that you are living the best life possible. We 💯 % recommend Michelle!!!!!

Michelle has been my property manager for over 10 years. During this period of time, I have been very pleased with the quality of service received. Any issues that occurred were promptly taken care of. Michelle was very thorough in choosing Renters, for the property, and there was never a long period of vacancy. I have gladly recommended her services to my colleges here in Florida. Michelle efficiently coordinated the sale of the home in Nov 2021 and has continued to maintain contact. Thank you, Michelle, for services rendered.

Home shoppers pay little or no fees to an agent to buy a home. The cost breakdown : Most home sales transactions involves two real estate agents: one that represents the seller (listing agent) and another who represents the buyer (buyers agent). Listing brokers represent sellers and charge a fee to represent them and market the property. Agents who represent buyers are compensated by the listing broker for bringing home buyers to the table. When the home is sold, the listing broker splits the listing fee with the buyer’s agent. Thus, buyers don’t pay their agents.
Rental homes in Pooler can range in price, square footage, single family and townhomes. The surrounding area of Savannah has seen a rental rate increase these past few years. What we are currently seeing for a single family home with 3 beds, 2 baths and 1500 square feet is between $1500-$1800. Pet friendly rental house may require additional fees. Feel free to call anytime for an update on rental homes and rental rates in Pooler, Savannah, Rincon and Richmond Hill. ~m

A buyer’s market is characterized by declining home prices and reduced demand. Several factors may affect long-term and short-term buyer demand, like: 1. Economic disruption 2. Interest rates trending higher 3. Short term drop in interest rates 4. High Inventory 5. Natural Disasters
A sellers’ market = increasing demand for homes drives up prices. Here are some of the drivers of demand: 1. Interest rates trending down 2. Short-term spike in interest rates 3. Low Inventory 4. Economic Factors
From start (searching online) to finish (closing escrow), buying a home takes about 10 to 12 weeks. Once a home is selected an the offer is accepted, the average time to complete the escrow period on a home is 30 to 45 days (under normal market conditions). All cash buyers can close much quicker.
