I own a bird business and I had a buyer in Chicago call me at 3 PM wondering where her birds were because they were supposed to arrive at 10:30 AM...I tried calling but all their numbers are voice machines and barely give you any information on your package's location. I'm very upset, those were LIVE birds and now I have no clue where they are...Do better. Edit: My client still hasn't gotten the birds and it's been 20+ hours my birds won't survive that long without food and water, mind you I payed extra so they could get there in a day please do something about this. Edit to my edit: For those wondering, all of the birds arrived to their destination, alive, 3 days later than the actual arrival date even after I payed extra. My only advice is to mail your packages at your own risk.

Awful, they never answer the phone and our mail person does not deliver over half of my mail. I have numerous creditors asking to verify my address due to returned mail. The address they have on file is correct. However one day when the mail person didn’t bother coming to my house for a certified letter i needed to sign for and they stated it as undeliverable the issue became apparent, they deliver what they want when they want. Hold this place and these people legally accountable, this is crazy.

I don't work at the post office, but Im curious what do they bill you annually for?
Call your local post office and give them the tracking info. They should be able to help
This location provides the passport paperwork, you have to go to the main office of Lakeland located at 2800 Lakeland hill boulevard. They have someone that can do the passport. On a side note the passport cannot be completed during a government shutdown. I hope this helps

Yes. There is a form to fill out saying when the hold should start and end. Take ID to prove your name and adress.
