I expect to get what I pay for. If I ask for two wings don’t give me something else and then wait until I tell you my order is wrong for you to say you don’t have wings. Then you get a attitude because I ask for a refund. Melinda needs to be fired! If you don’t like your job stay at home.

Was already in line at the drive thru to pick up online order. They said I had to pull around and come in to get it. I was feeling I'll was the reason for the online order to start with. So I guess they prefer sick people to come in their dining room. I canceled and left without the order.

Please tell me why….There’s a 20 Min hold/wait at the drive thru speaker….. per car…. The lobby is open but empty…. So why the wait at the speaker……and yes I mean the speaker…. There’s no other cars in front the ordering speaker nor at the window…. So what’s really going on here? The car in front of me pulled off. I pull up to the speaker. No greeting or anything. I say, hello? Politely, the drive thru employee says, “ yes ma’am, give me a sec we’re backed up………. I’m floored! Lol there’s literally nobody in front of me and from what I saw an empty lobby……So again….. what’s going on here?
