My complaint is that I was given a rental that was below 1/4 of a tank. As soon as I drove off the lot and turned onto the very next corner, within 1 mile, the gas gauge came on. At least ensure you are renting a cars that won’t have to pushed off the lot. And while it may seem minor, kindly think of the health concerns of your customers before burning incense in the building. I have asthma and had to conduct business outside in the heat while the agent checked in the car and completed my return.
