I just moved to the Charleston area and I was looking for a store that had pc parts for sale. I was looking to upgrade a optiplex 9020 for my YouTube channel. I’ve seen people on YouTube upgrade the same setup. I went inside and told them the setup I was going for and they told me that it couldn’t be done. They said that I can’t change the power supply and that I couldn’t change the graphics card. I’ve seen over 5 people doing the same setup and they had no issues at all. They basically didn’t want me to buy anything.I’m not the type of person to mess with anyones job/business. I don’t recommend this store. Your better of buying things on pcpartpicker.com

Guy looked up my acct and started getting a description of what I needed done to my PC. phone rang he answered and began a lengthy conversation with the phone customer including going out to find parts in the store all while I'm standing there waiting for assistance...10 mins later I left. Worst customer service ever. I guess the customer on the phone is more important than the one standing in front of you.
