My first time at this office my son had labs ordered for a CBC last week and the lab tech left so we were referred to come to Summey to get labs drawn. I had already previously called to ensure labs were put in (they are good for one year) the front desk clerk Heidi G. was very unprofessional and uneducated about her job. She immediately advised me no labs were in the system for my son and I Informed her that I had already called before my arrival. She did not try to find the CBC that was ordered we stepped out of the line while I called to CONFIRM again that labs were in the system. Once I told her what MUSC Rutledge tower stated the labs were in she still was problematic and stating my son had no insurance (we just left MUSC last Wednesday and my son has insurance) at this point I paid out of pocket so my son could get his labs. Heidi G was unaware how to do her job and was very unprofessional We will not be back

Since my daughter was born last year, she has had to have her blood drawn every 6 weeks. From hospitals, to clinics, to labs, I have watched her get poked in every arm, leg, and foot multiple times by multiple people for hours long visits multiple times. We have come here twice now from Myrtle Beach and Kqiana has gotten a full blood sample from her arm each time in under a minute. The amount of heartbreaking trauma saved is invaluable to us. Thank you Kqiana! You are the best of the best!

This place is very big which means they easily misplace, forget, and just flat out don’t do things. Ask for something and as soon as they leave the room they’ve forgotten. Smh the information is never consistent bc there are too many ppl involved smh. So confusing. I hate it here and this experience is awful. Summerville medical center is so much better.

this place is LIT!!! amazing staff here - so easy to get to. was able to get my son in for an ENT visit while we were visiting from out of town. the resident and the doc both were super super nice - very helpful and explained EVERYTHING to us. so HAPPY we went here and they were able to get us in!!!
