I have been a customer for seven years (far too long). Called August 2 to upgrade my Internet. I had been paying twice what they charge for 1.2g for 200mb (less than 20% the speed) and ended up upgrading. They told me that my modem would be delivered within two weeks. I waited four weeks before I called them and the person explained, after a 30 minute hold, that the order just never got put through. Ok. They put the order through and told me 3-4 days. They were expediting it since I had to wait so long. Two weeks later I call. Another 30 minute hold. They explain that the reason I never got it that they were all out of modems. Out. Of. Modems. I asked if they had modems for new customers. No response. Anyway, she "pulled some strings" and found a modem but a guy would need to come and install it for me and it would take a week. I explained that under no circumstances would I miss work for a modem. I told her to have him leave int on my doorstep. Three times she confirmed that those were the instructions. A week later, a tag on my door saying "sorry we missed you" and no modem. I call again and explain everything up until this point. He tells me that again a guy will need to come out and that he has instructions to leave it on my doorstep. Another week out. Today is that day and guess what I found on my door? Sorry we missed you! You will not reach a person without an Indian accent. There is no local number. This company has gone to Hell and their rating on here is no surprise. Thankfully AT&T Fiber is coming to my neighborhood soon. I cannot wait to rid myself of these clowns.

The house I live in has wow internet. The internet has been down since hurricane Ian . That's what 4-5 days ago. People who dont have wow have internet service. I'm now going to order internet from elsewhere. The account is in my roommate's name and they have done nothing but complain about the service since week one of having it. I'd say stay far away from wow

If I was able to give zero stars I would Wow 1-800 customer service advocates are horrible The whole team needs to be retrained ever since I moved my service to a temporary unit while my unit was getting renovated just Another building I’ve had problems ever since day one even coming back to the same apartment That live in since 2009 for them to tell me that they don’t offer service here wow is the only service provider for my whole apartment complex but yet they’re trying to tell me they don’t offer service at my apartment complex make it make sense I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times even called back after hanging up when the other advocate would not transfer me to a supervisor smh

Yes, it's very easy to find as well. It's a nice building but it sits back away from the road you just have to careful look for the sign.
Maybe it's the line to your house check with your neighbors and see if there having the same problem, but either way complain, complain , complain
I have that problem daily but it is different depending on the TV that I am watching. On one TV I have not been able to watch several channels in the 900's since I have gotten the service. When I turn on the DVRS they turn on and off 3 times each and then I have to turn them on manually.

That code looks familiar. It might mean that you may need to refresh your cable box by unplugging the main cord and wait 5 minutes then try it again. If all else fails, call your cable company.
You may as well go to a hot dog stand for you cable and internet service.
