Does anyone know how to get refills aside from that yahoo email that is not responding or calling-in meds?

Dr is nice but it is now impossible to see anyone or talk to anyone. No one answers the phone or gets vm. When they do answer they just hang up on you. It’s so sad for people needing meds or appointments. If nick were still there, he would not completely cut everyone off and was polite. Front staff should crawl back under their rocks

I am a patient. I belive it must be a matter of life or death, when this sick the only thing matters is survival, I hope Dr Jenkins gets well soon and back to the office

Dr. Jenkins has been our families’ Dr for 22 years . Like all if you, I just found out what happened- I guess he’s in the hospital. But there is no excuse for a Dr to not leave a forwarding number with an on-call Dr . There better be a good reason for this- like he’s on a ventilator or something. Not being callous but I was in tears and practically shaking trying to find out how to get my pills and I only had 3 days left. I’m writing this to let you know to call your primary care physician and they will get your Rx’s called in and give a referral for a new Dr. If they don’t believe you and think you’re just trying to get controlled substances print out this page of reviews and give it to them and have them call Dr J’s office and home. Thank you for your reviews because I never would have known what was going on unless I had seen this. I wish Dr J well, but this is just horrific and dangerous.
