One road in and out for 800 plus neighbors. One pool too and the crest wind folks use it even though they have their own pool. Advertised Trails are dwindling because of development and the now open to the public front pond is set to have hundreds of homes built around it. Very noisy with Parkers 24/7 at the beginning of the neighborhood.

Poor construction and the community is poorly run. Only one entrance so do ever have an emergency!!!! Unfriendly HOA. Kolter has had many complaints but could care less!!!!!!!!

We moved into this community with the understanding of an agreed upon contract with Kolter, as the overall land developer, and the HOA receiving nature preserves and family-oriented community. Kolter has chosen to secretly change that contract by taking quarterly earnings to line the pockets of executives over being an ethical and moral company that holds true to their values. Kolter has decided to destroy the natural habitat surrounding the Ponds which goes against the original agreement for this community. Additionally, they have tried to absolve themselves of all fault or wrongdoing by tricking Dorchester County leadership into thinking this was something the community has wanted. As a military family, we bought our house to make it our forever home. We bought into this community to have lasting memories for what was promised. Kolter has destroyed that dream.
