Had a tire that picked up a nail. Called this service, telling them I had a tire with 15 pounds of air pressure and a dash icon that was lit. The owner said, "I'll see you in a few minutes." Took the vehicle in. They repaired the tire and reset the dash light. Appointments are preferable. Because it was a leaking tire, the problem was alleviated immediately. It was a short wait.

Since my car is a few years old and a few things were wrong, he gave me excellent advice with no BS about the situation. I wanted to do the things to keep safe and he took care of me.
