I tried to get a replacement card for over eight weeks. When I called they acted like I was upsetting them because they had to answer the phone. The man handling my case didn't even return my calls. I eventuallly called the Morristown office and they have gladly helped me. I'm hoping a supervisor sees this and addresses it appropriately so no one else has the same issue

little slow, but overall pretty good

Only people who care about others should ever work for the social security office. When I told one of the workers they were jaded they said what does that mean. A few great people, carry this place. They could use some extra education or pamphlets to inform people who are new the the process, also get a security guard that doesn't attack three year olds. I know sometimes they can give a Job to a disabeled person that can still perform the duties. This very large scary man yelling at my three year old to get out I think is a positive sign he can not complete his duties. My daughter is the disabeled one and he kicks her out screaming the entire time. If you have to come here beware the large white man he is extra mean to children today was my second visit and his remarks to me were not I'm sorry.

Yes. you apply here and your card will be mailed to you.
The only one that can tell you that is the Social Security office. I recommend you give them a call or go to the Social security office.
I need to Change my check from card to my bank I've call for 3days
I can not answer that question you will have to contact social security on that
Kimberly Holt inappropriate question
Why would you ask a SS question on a maps site??? You need to call SSA!!!!!!!!
Call the SS ofc and ask them these types of questikns. This is not the appropriate venue to ask Ss questions
If you can prove the information is wrong, take it to the SS office. They will be able to correct it.
No they give you paper says you applied then it comes in the mail
Photo id birth certificate and a current piece of mail with your name and address on it
No, you have to tell them you want to enroll.
Yes just by calling
I was going to do it online, but the lady at desk said I could do an application there because I already was receiving medicare benefits.
