This dealership sold the vehicle with a few add ons but one of the items was not installed when I took delivery and I wasn't informed of the missing item which I paid for during the sales process. A few days later I noticed it was missing and had to call the dealership about that and no Due Bill was issued. Upon my call they acknowledged the mistake. Now, I have to wait for their phone call to arrange the installation. Hopefully this time they will be more thorough.

I suddenly found myself needing a new battery on a Saturday. AAA could not replace the battery because they needed a "key" to reset the computer. With a little help from AAA I got my car to Cardinal Way VW and got the battery I needed without an appointment. General Manager Paige, was very helpful and made me very comfortable. I waited 2 hours, but it was worth the time to make sure it was done right. Thanks Paige!

I called and asked if they did same day oil changes. Christian, who helped me out, said they did and not only were they able to change my oil, they were also able to do a tire rotation and change both my front and rear brakes all same day. Excellent customer service from both Christian who kept me updated on my car and all the technicians who worked on my car. I will definitely be coming here for all future services.
