My son played football this year for the first year. This was a very negative experience for him. He practiced 3 to 4 times a week and was lucky to play 3 plays in a game. It’s all about winning and not teaching these kids about the game. I’m very disappointed!

We had a great experience with them. We rented out the Lexington Leisure Center Conference room and they were incredibly accommodating and had the room ready before we came in. They were very nice and wonderful to work with. Absolutely no complaints here and we will DEFINITELY use their facilities again!

Received a call from a current driver a few weeks ago saying they had an issue with my grandmother not being able to get out of the wheelchair they provide without assistance. Apparently the drivers are not allowed to physically assist elderly clients in any way. A maintenance man had to come help my grandmother get out of the wheelchair. So basically this service is not for the aging....it’s for perfectly able bodied people who ought to be paying for an Uber or driving themselves. I told the driver I would be taking off work for my grandmothers doctors appointments from now on, no longer needing her services that she is not qualified to provide. She told me if my grandmother “did well” on her latest appointment that maybe she could try taking her again. What a strange thing to say...at 96 my grandmother will not be GETTING BETTER at walking or lifting herself out of a chair. Lot story short...The Lexington Council on aging should not be trusted with an elderly parent. They aren’t trained to help people. The most recent driver also needs to mind her own business. She told me my grandmother stated that she wanted to live in a nursing home and my grandmother said NO SUCH THING. We have toured several facilities and my grandmother wants no part of that. I’m completely aggravated and insulted by this service and I will not be speaking with them again.

They r rude. They put u on hold and then hang up. They tell u to call 3 days in advance and when u do, they r booked weeks n advance. If u call weeks n advance, they refuse to make an appointment to pick u up. U wait on hold for HOURS and nothing is done but getting hung up on and then u repeat the process. There is only one person who makes appointments for rides and that is the same peeper who delivers meals.

Why do you keep closing soccer fields with every little rain? Soccer is outdoor sport, you don't close little league baseball or football fields.
