The PA I see there is fine but this group's appointment scheduling is abysmal. I had an appointment for a specific date/time (2 month wait time by the way). I received emails and text messages confirming same specific date/time. I showed up at specific date/time and was told I had no appointment. I insisted I did (3 times). Receptionist was rude and insisted I didn't (3 times). Later provided them copies of email I was sent indicating original date/time. No response. Edit: Received a telephone call later in the day and a lady said my appointment had been rescheduled three weeks in the future because the provider was ill. My biggest complaint is the receptionist. She was not aware of this? And why treat someone like she did? I won't be going back there.

I do not recommend Dr. Zeitany. I have seen her 4 times now for two separate issues. Every visit she re-introduced herself to me as if we’d never met before, even though she performed surgery on me. Isn’t there a chart that shows I’m an existing patient? She removed a mole off of my arm last summer and the scar is absolutely terrible. I have shown it to other physicians and they also agree that it is a botched sew job. I do not scar easily and I followed the lack of the post-op directions I was given from the Dr. I am well aware that scarring after a surgical procedure is one part patient and one part doctor. The moment I looked at it after the procedure was done, it looked like a zig zag. Even the nurse that took my stitches out asked me who did it. I never leave reviews and am not a complainer, but everyone trusts that their dermatologist will 1) know who they are and 2) know how to suture. I hope one day I can laser this awful scar off my arm. I regret getting this procedure done here and especially regret it being done by Dr Z.
