If I could give no stars that's what I'll give. Oh yeah I see all these people posting good reviews about how they brought a car from this place saying they had a good experience. Well I did to but here's the catch wait until you need some kind of service done with your nissan. This is where this dealership drops the ball big time. There service department and there service advisors are terrible. No one knows anything when you call to find out information on your vehicle. Then the sad part about all this is no one will call you back after them repeatedly saying they'll call you to give you an update. Only way to get information from these people is to keep calling them yourself. All I can say is if you have trouble with your car and if you have to take it to a nissan dealership take It to another nissan dealership cause the five star nissan in Florence SC is way short of five stars. They should change there name from five star nissan to no star nissan.

Does anyone knows the number to the cooperate office I called there they have you on hold for 20 minutes to 45 minutes they keep getting me the runaround about my car and I need the number to the cooperate office
Everyone wears masks. The waiting area seats are distant according to guidelines. I've never been in a dealership with bathrooms as clean as theirs. I was awe struck by the cleanliness and the best smelling air freshener. There's a staff person constantly restocking snacks and cleaning everything with sanitizer and wipes.I felt very safe because I had COVID and I limit my community movements !!!
You'd have to take it to them so they could run diagnostic tests to tell you. Honestly though, a regular garage could tell you this and fix it for less than these crooks would charge you.
