Rude and completely unhelpful. A storm knocked out our modem and we called the Spectrum Business customer service and they said we could take it to a Spectrum store to exchange it. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, when it was our turn the employee just said "we don't handle business." When we asked if there was another store we could go to she replied "I don't know, here's a customer service card, we don't do it". I can't believe people can still have a job when they treat customers so poorly. I can understand if they were unable to switch out our modem, but she could have handled the interaction much better.

Other stores would be more likely to honor the 14-day return policy. This store was not able to exchange my phone. Other than that, the manager and employees are generally accommodating. If you are looking for a good deal, keep Spectrum for mobile services while get a new Samsung device at Best Buy.

Worst company ever not sure why we can’t leave 0 stars. I ordered online internet only picked up equipment in store to install, Never changed anything. Got my first bill over $120 for a $39.99 plan???? They said TV services were added to my account (not by me) the man at the counter did. Now they want me to pay for services I never used as it’s past the 30 day money back guarantee and nothing they can do???? What a joke I can’t believe this is ok they can’t give me anything in writing that I ordered this bogus service. They must get a kick back for “upgrading” services for customers wether or not of the customer ordering. Im not sweating the $90 but the principal of this….

It was a very unpleasant experience, after being in line with my name on the blackboard they called two people before me and when I said that it was my turn that a previous person had passed and it was my turn they told me that they could not attend because the system was down, there was not even an apology I even had to ask for an appointment for the next day because they didn't even offer it to me. Very bad service there I will not return more

Yes you can return equipment there. I recently returned my equipment to my local store.

Yes but make sure u bring equipment because they would charge u a bill until u return it.also might want to make an appointment so u don't have wait on a long line and register in computer so u won't be kept waiting long
