Has anyone else had to file a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General or any other consumer/credit organizations? After I, very spacifically said not to, they applied for many loans without our knowledge. The primary buyer was not even present.

Does anyone knows the number to the cooperate office I called there they have you on hold for 20 minutes to 45 minutes they keep getting me the runaround about my car and I need the number to the cooperate office

Same here Kellyand youre completely right, Tiyesha. His and my credit is so screwed........and HE WASNT EVEN THERE!! File complaints everywhere you can. Help others to not make the mistake we did, thinking they had any professional integrity.

Yes I got a lot of letters from different companies telling me whether I was approved or denied. Some loans i never applied for and companies i didn't know existed.

I an going to complain about them also
