I've only walked the outside track, but it is very well maintained and the distance is marked every 1/10th of a mile. You can also go off the track through the rail trail if you're interested in a nature hike.

You have to get your log in. And you enter it on each machine. Ask the front desk to set you up with a trainer for instructions. There is not an extra charge for this service

Monthly depends on if you can get a discount because of where you work. Monthly 47 to 52 I think.
Membership is currently $112.57 a month per person. If you bring a family of four, the discount takes it to $138.44 a month per, which would be $553.76 a month for four people.
