Nice enough, but after emailing back and forth I was told to drive over (45 minutes each way) and seal the deal. Drove over and they said LOL, we can’t get that car. It was a clear lack of communication on their end, I told them exactly what model I wanted and what got relayed was a different model. Wasted a chunk of my valuable time.

It was a very smooth experience buying car from Honda McCarthy. They had the available color I was looking for. The experience was Bob was amazing. He was so nice in explaining me process and how to operate the car as this is my first time to purchase car in state. He even called this morning to check if everything is going ok, and if I was able to manage to use Android auto feature of the car. Annie was also great and helped in smooth processing of paper work, finance related queries . Overall I am happy to choose them to purchase car and I highly recommend to everyone.
