It's a great place to get food for keto! It is a slight bit different though. It's a Paleo version but the staff is friendly and any questions you may have they would be happy to answer them in the store. They do what they call keto challenges which is all of your meals for 30 days or 45 depending on which size challenge they're doing. It would be all of your food provided and all of that food would fit in the keto diet.
Not at this Lenexa location. You can do that at the crossroads store 322 Southwest Blvd.
