My son took my Honda in because my AC and sunroof stopped working and tire pressure check. I was not informed that they would charge for diagnostics for each problem. Then quoted $4300 dollars to repair. I left the car thinking it costs what it costs. Then did some research and found that the price to fix those items were less than half the price quoted. I called before they could start any repairs and advised that I would be picking up my car and the reason. Well they proceeded to inform me that a restocking fee and diagnostics would run me $460. Nothing was repaired and I asked had I had the car repaired there would they roll the diagnostic into to cost of repair. Of course not. Diagnostic is separate. This is not the place for anyone looking for an honest or reputable mechanic. This shop is the reason mechanic's get a bad name. AVOID THESE CROOKS!!! DEALER QUOTE HALF OF WHAT THE QUOTED AND DIAGNOSTIC WAS ROLLED INTO COST OF REPAIR. SELECTIVE SERVICE.

Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about vehicle diagnostics. I was impressed with their communication to me with frequent updates concerning my vehicle. I found this repair shop by looking at google ratings around the area and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Thank you for your question. It’s never professional to diagnose a symptom. If it is failsafe mode, it could be set due to faults with engine, transmission, antilock brake system. We can do a no charge scan of all systems and give you an evaluation of what the problem could be and the test that should be done. We only use factory diagnostic equipment. Let us know if we can help.

Do they do diagnostics tests
