Came in to this location today, and had a fantastic experience with Andrew. He was professional, polite, friendly, efficient, and beyond helpful. He remained poised when we encountered an equipment issue, quickly identified an alternate solution that would still exactly meet my needs, and, while it meant more work for him, stayed upbeat & positive throughout. And even more impressive than the superior service he gave me, was the way he kept tabs on each of the other customers in the store as they entered & the queue lengthened behind me. And the way he went out of his way to acknowledge them, guide them to solutions if he could, answer any questions that they had, and assure those that still needed his help that he'd be with them shortly. This probably seems a bit gushy, but this guy deserves it. All I'm saying is, FedEx, as soon as you have a printer that can duplicate real objects, you'd do very well to make as many copies of Andrew as those machines could crank out.

Sad only one employee she’s super nice but 20 minutes to wait to spend $50 to send a package …. Then they require an ID to ship anything … Humm privacy issues being broken I’d assume

Great service! Very helpful and efficient. It really is One stop shopping. We use the xerox machines for misc projects. The professionals behind the counter can do everything complicated. The shipping desk is very efficient. Good selection of cards...generally a Very busy hub...good staff...just enough copier machines...
