I took in my vehicle for service. They charged me for the diagnostic and labor. I have been to other Toyota dealerships and the diagnostic fee is always waived when I agree to do the work at the dealership. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Update: Manager contacted me and educated on pricing of Florence compared to other dealerships. Florence breaks down their pricing for the customer while other dealerships do not include diagnostic fee but include it in their labor. However, the mechanic does contact you and advises everything they will do with the vehicle.

If you’re looking to buy a new or preowned vehicle, go see Milo in the Sales Department. I had already talked to a couple different dealerships and wasn’t getting anywhere. When I visited Florence Toyota, I told Milo exactly what I was looking for and what price range I needed. He went over and beyond to get me what I wanted, and trust me I had a pretty good list of all the things I was wanting (ex: color, engine size, trim, accessories). Go see Milo and his manager, they will definitely work to get you in the right vehicle of your choice. I finalized on my truck a couple days ago and I am so ecstatic, couldn’t be happier, and they will have my business for any future purchases. Thank you Florence Toyota, y’all are the best!!

I had a very positive experience with Florence Toyota today. My past concerns were taken care of, and I am pleased with the resolution. Billy Tisdale is THE BEST. He went above and beyond his responsibilities. I highly suggest you ask for him when you shop here, he will definitely have your interest at heart. Also, A.J. Patel was super nice and accommodating. After having a difficult week dealing with car problems Florence toyota pulled through for us once again. This dealership will go to bat for you when a warranty company doesn't want to honor something you have paid for. After talking to our amazing sales associate who helped us get into the car Mr. Marty Osborn, he got us in touch with the right people in the service department. Nick and the used car sales manager Gordon continued to work on making sure our issue was completely handled by our warranty. After they got the company to pay for the repair they finished up working on the car in less than two days thanks to the technician Cameron Mcbrayer for such a quick repair. When I arrived to pick up my car and pay my $100 payment I was informed it had already been taken care of by the sales manger Gordon Zurbrick! This establishment is beyond a 10 out of 10 from car buying to making sure everything runs great on your used car purchase. I highly recommend buying from Florence toyota we are forever customers!
