Worst place on earth! DO NOT MOVE HERE! <-(read that again) The place is roach/bug infested. Mold everywhere. Everything is painted over, so don’t believe the hype of the pictures on the website. There is no security of any kind. You will have to be your own security. I’m moving in November and I’ve lived below a policeman and next to a firefighter for 3 years and they’ve spoken to me once, each! The maintenance is bad. Borderline nonexistent. So the other reviews about maintenance are true. They don’t fix anything unless they have to change the air filter because that might be easy enough for them to do. They will leave your place dirty (don’t clean up after themselves) after a visit of any kind. Management will say “we’ll look into it” but never look into it. My car was broken into one night and luckily nothing was taken because I don’t keep anything in there, but I reported it to the police and to management and the manager told me that another girl came in that same morning with the same story but it’s something they don’t deal with. It was a strange answer, in my opinion, it was expected because I knew who I was dealing with. It is kind of ghetto, I won’t lie to you. I only stay(ed) here because I work at the hospital and it’s close. But I am definitely out of here the moment my lease is up. Like I said I’m the beginning, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is a red flag. The bugs are bad. I had to put in numerous reports about bugs and Orkin would come out but would never rectify the problem. The tub/shower lining started cracking and they “patched” it up. Two months later, the tub/shower lining started cracking again. It’s not worth it. The price might look alright, but the conditions aren’t good enough for people who care just a little bit. Under this review you might see a response that says, “we apologize for your unfortunate experience with us, blah blah blah” but that’s never helped make the place better to live. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Don’t do it!!

I have lived here for 2 years and I Love it! It's a quiet community, and I am blessed to have great, friendly neighbors!! The maintenance mgr.(Haywood) is a courteous, kind, and respectful. He gets all the work orders done in a timely, efficient manner. Since the change in the office, Bianca is professional, caring, and listens to tenants concerns. She's made a big difference in the way it was before. The only downside is Tenants cars being towed in the middle of the night. Everyone has circumstances, but your car being towed over a sticker should never be one of them. That's a Towing company that does not care.

Been living here a while, all i can say is sub par all the way around. It is an area where people get free housing thus they have no respect for their home or surroundings. I saw a dude empty his entire engine oil into the parking lot. Utterly disgusting. They don't care about user feedback! Don't believe this BS!

This is an amazing place to live. Nice and affordable for a quality apartment in Durham. Lived here for a few years and thinking about moving back. Karen is friendly and does a great job.
