Worst service I ever had and when you call it takes forever to get it fixed

I typically do not leave reviews and really do not like to publicly criticize a company, but this is just unacceptable. I am being charged for a phone I never received due to poor documentation by this store. I have been told for months there is a ticket and refund coming but they charged my card over $500 for an iPhone I have never even seen. I am disputing this through other channels but I would be very cautions switching lines and bringing phones over due to the poor infrastructure and process this store seems to have in place.

Justin was very knowledgeable and understanding although he was unable to assist me with my equipment return as their policy had recently changed. Their phone support told me that I could either take the set-top box and remote to the Spectrum store or to UPS. They now only allow you to return via UPS. I could see that Justin had explained this to countless customers prior to me but was still empathetic to my situation. I totally appreciated that. It's rare to find a compassionate representative in any retail environment but especially not so much in the cable industry. Thanks, Justin!

Go online for this office and make an appointment. I was advised by a supervisor at their headquarters, to do this after my husband traveled there yesterday morning, only to learn from a paper on the door that the facility was closed on Wednesday. When you go for your appointment, you need to go inside (wait until someone comes out to go in) - if the door is locked. It was this morning. Sign in on the computer, then stand around and wait until you name rises to the top of the list. Your appointment will move in before others who have been waiting.

Couldn't get whole house DVR, coverage goes out for a few seconds every time we turn on the TV. It's just not the same as Time Warner, which we really didn't like either.
They don't care! Cut the cord!
On March 6 all transmissions went digital and require set- top boxes for signal. If your TVs plug directly into wall, you won't get signal. Suggest you visit Spectrum's store located in Fresh Market plaza to pick up required equipment.
As I understand it, without the new digital box you will not be able to receive a signal that the old box can interpret.
