Very pricey but towels were scratchy, tissues & toilet paper were very cheap & rough, no lotion, facial wipes or any other things normally provided at this price point, except shampoo, soap and conditioner. Paid extra for an ocean front room but a brick wall in front of my balcony railing blocked the ocean view completely from the room. You had to be standing at the front of the balcony to see the ocean. I paid extra for that?? Will never stay here again.

The resort overcharged me. I cannot get a hold of anybody to rectify the situation. Very poor customer experience.

We’ve stayed here several times through the last ten years, and it’s always a pleasure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly and professional, the pool areas are relaxing and beautiful, and the restaurants have great food and a good drink selection. We go out of our way to stay here whenever we’re in the area.

We were able to book this fun hotel during an “off week”. We spent 2/5 days without leaving. They truly offer everything. Not long after we checked in, they sent us 2 free app coupons & a bottle of champagne with a thoughtful note for our anniversary. Our king room was clean & spacious. The bed was SO fluffy, which I loved. We had a partial ocean view which was nice bc that wasn’t what I booked. Most reviews say rooms are outdated, I guess they kind of are but it’s not terrible. Every day we walked past rooms being cleaned, like furniture flipped over & scrubbing. (I’m sure it’s easier for them to do in down time.) I was seriously impressed. The room had complementary water & coffee, a fridge, iron, hair dryer..etc Our only inconvenience was no microwave for leftovers. All of the staff was so welcoming and kind! Someone said they were short handed, like everywhere, but we didn’t really notice until our last day when a lot more people started coming in. Even then, it wasn’t a problem for us. The Spa! I wish we would’ve thought to book services sooner. It’s pricey but worth it! The pools are nice & grounds well manicured. Pools close at 9 which was disappointing. We wanted to use the hot tub at night but couldn’t seem to get there before then. The walk to the beach is easy with a nice path. We took advantage of the lifeguards umbrella & chair rentals. I believe it was $40 a day. The beach was a little crowded the 2 days we were able to go. I just thought, I couldn’t imagine how busy it would be in the summer. Last, find the breakfast buffet! They have everything. It was wild. Lol Overall, we would stay here again if it was in our budget & low crowds. This place is expensive along with every extra thing to go with it. It was our anniversary so we splurged. We enjoyed every day!!!

The question was changed after I posted it. It's supposed to say Parris island, instead of "parties". As in Marine graduation at Parris Island!!!
Don't know. I only go for coffee, don't drink it.
Yes, there were ramps to the pool and I saw a beach wheelchair there. I am not sure if you can rent it for the week, but perhaps that could be arranged.
No
Ocean front are rooms that actually directly face the ocean. They are located at the very ends of the 2 buildings. Ocean view is a room that has a view of the ocean but not directly in front of the ocean. These might be partially obstructed views.
This is a private beach open only to the people staying at the resort. We stayed the week before Memorial Day weekend ... and as it got closer to the weekend more people started arriving. If you pick your beach times wisely it isn't crowded. Otherwise, there are plenty of beachgoers but it's not overcrowded.
10 o'clock, busy time of year
Check the website. GOD BLESS
There is a hot tub and when I stayed there my room had a microwave and a fridge. I really enjoyed staying in the hotel!
It did in the room I stayed in. I'd confirm with reservations.
There are golf courses near by
No one checks. Why not
They also have a breakfast buffet with a lot of options
The Westin is for sure... All beaches there have wheelchair access ramps as well...
Comfortable.
There is awesome shopping, great places to eat and if you love jazz, there's the Jazz Corner, which I highly recommend for dinner and entertainment. Enjoy!
Correct, it took me 50 minutes. Be prepared at the MP gate with Id, insurance papers for vehicle.
