I have to say this is one of the most cleanest and well kept trailer parks i’ve ever lived in. I lived here about 2-3 years ago when Tina took over. Tina was always amazing and helped us in any way she could. I had a few bad incidents with Wallace but Tina took care of it immediately. If there was ever a problem it was fixed within 24 hrs. They have monthly pest control, affordable rent, clean yards, kept the grass cut and water/trash are included in the rent.

The good: The grounds are clean. Rent is super reasonable. It’s a quiet, nice little community. If there’s ever an issue, it’s taken care of quickly. They allow cats and small dogs (breed restrictions are in place). Water and trash is included in the rent and they do monthly HVAC service and pest control. The bad: Like most places in this area if you have pets you will have to pay both a deposit and monthly fee to keep them. Not a lot of kitchen counter/cabinet space (something to consider if you like to cook and require prep space.) The owner isn’t often on site and communication can be hard to keep up with at some points. The ugly: Different lots have different ratings. Some people have dogs. Some people aren’t able to. Some people have cats etc. Some lots have a nicer interior than others. T-Mobile doesn’t work on most of the property. Verizon is spotty so Wi-Fi is a must. Overall it’s a very nice place to nestle into after a long day with reasonable rent and clean quiet grounds. There really isn’t too much to complain about. Maintenance is always super helpful.

I IF EVER THATS A CONCERN MS.TINA IS YOUR GO TO GET THE JOB DONE PERSON GREAT SWEET UNDERSTANDING WOMAN WHO TREAT HER TENTES LIKE FAMILY IF YOUR LOOKING GIR A NICE QUITE COMFORTABLE COMMUNITY OAK RIDGE IS THE PLACE!!
