I been here about two years and I never once had any complaining to say. I love the environment an living here. It always open arms to help you and will rank at the top of my list. John an his wife make you feel at home and don't get it twisted if you get a attitude toward them don't be afraid to take the heat back cause john an his wife take good care of your needs but don't come saying bad things which ain't Tru.. cause he will put it in place to have you remove from property and I will agree to it also. He is the type of guy that wants the best for everyone but also firm in his words and business to make sure you comfortable and also he will do what it take to get you off his property if you act up or break rules. I love this place and recommend it to anyone that needs a place to rest for the night,week or monthly..God blessed him an his wife..

Its a super cute and kitschy neighborhood. It gives the best of the 70's meets south west Florida vibes. Yards are nice and clean and good amenities too.

There are fences around the lots itself but they are not gated lots. You may talk to the management and get a gate or put him on a runner. Its a hugely pet friedly owner and probably 1 of the most ethical business men in Georgia. Steve in lot 93

No. No but the local wash place on oglethorpe is super cheap and does a great job for cheap. We were able to do 3 to 4 loads at one time in the big machine and it was only 5 bucks to wash and 5 to dry.
3 bdrm units are all individually owned. None for rent
Our bill was 59.00. we use our air conditioning and we have washer/dryer unit. Hope this helps.
