Whoever the lady is answering the phone for the financial aid office has a horrible attitude. I’m not sure how you can help solve someone’s problem by constantly cutting by them off. Just rude all around. So glad I will not be dealing with them anymore past this semester.

They deserve negative stars. They hold this belief that, as bureaucrats of a large, academic institution, they can treat you and "handle" you as they please without consequences for their actions. They are unprofessional and lack integrity.

I shouldn't have to be 'persistent' to get basic questions answered. Attending a university is already one of the most stressful things a student can do in their life and this department makes it much worse. I understand being busy, the school is pretty big, but not answering the phone at all or responding back to several emails over the course of two weeks is just rude. Please please please hire competent and professional people for an office that handles one of the largest components at a University!
