Spoiled the birthday girls morning….. the web page shows open at 7:00, after reaching at 7:10 to get a birthday drink for my daughter before school, the doors was locked saying open at 7:30. Please update your details for costumers convenience. My daughter asked me for her birthday to get a drink from Starbucks while going to school. If they have mentioned the time correctly I would have planned to go to the other location. I felt so bad for her.

Fresh fare...At a premium!!! This franchise charges $1 more for my usual breakfast sandwich 😲 Menu pricier than usual. Great customer service. VERY busy locale!

Ordered ahead in the app (as usual-daily). I walked into the store to pick up my drink and instead of me touching other people’s drinks to look under the sleeves for the tag with my name I respectfully waited a couple of minutes to ask the barista if that was the venti hot chocolate. She rudely held the drink in my face and told me “read, it is the hot chocolate “. Stop sticking the tags under the sleeves for starters. And what’s with the attitude! PS my drink was pretty much warm milk with no hint of cocoa of any sort.

If the employees put out all the drinks in order, the way they came as you were waiting in line, then there wouldn't be much confusion or long wait times... sometimes I'll have three people behind me and I see them get their drinks first... and sometimes when I mobile order (thinking that would be a more efficient and easier way) multiple, drinks my drinks are separated from each other and I have to play a game of eye spy to locate my other drink. The staff is really friendly though.
