Bought a vehicle that was listed as ‘runs and drives’, when I got there it didn’t run, and clearly hasn’t run in a very long time. Their attitude was “hey, not our problem”. Clearly very deceptive sales tactics. Will be filing a complaint with state license department.
Fight For The Little Guy
Cruddy Auction Site that lists items as good, or operates but later found numerous items we have purchased were clearly not operational. Manager claims "Oh you could have Inspected" my response is "You could not have listed, "In good Used Condition!" or "Runs Good" Half the stuff listed for auction is junk that just gets recycled over and over again. Steer clear unless you live nearby and can inspect. Business hides behind AS-IS and YOU COULD HAVE INSPECTED. We have bought numerous items that simply could have had the pictures of the broken pieces photographed or a simple picture of a serial number or additional photos added to verify "Vintage" or "Classic" Items.

Buyer beware. I would give negative stars, but am unable to give less than 1. Placing a bid the site clearly states we are in a binding contract. Apparently biddergy doesn't think that contract should go both ways.We won an item after days of an auction, and went to pay for the item using checkout and get an error message. Multiple days of leaving messages both email and voice resulted in getting nowhere, no return emails or phone calls. I resorted to calling at random times of business hours until someone answered. I was told they didn't have the item. What? I mentioned that between the two of us our contract is binding, what were they going to do to honor their contract. In short I was told nothing. I then asked if the situation was reversed and I decided I didn't want an item after winning would I be charged anyway... Of course they would. Representative rudely said there was nothing else she would do do me and sent me to somebody else's voice mail. All persons thinking of using or going through biddergy should seriously think of doing business elsewhere.
