Took my little one on Wednesday she had some congestion, fever and runny nose. Per usual they tested her for flu and Covid and was negative so they said it was maybe viral that if she wasn’t feeling better to call and they would call her in antibiotics 2 days later she still isn’t feeling better I call and leave a message for the nurse line. “Tori” calls and says nope they can’t and won’t call anything in. I explained my concerns and what I was told she didn’t seem to care in helping me resolve this issue. Needless to say we will be transferring

We have been going to this practice since they opened, it was great at one time but now, the staff is rude and uncaring. I have never felt like this before, they have made my wife cry on several occasions. Again, find another pratice!!!
