Package says delivered at 6:30pm, no USPS mail has ever came past like 5pm. I replayed my security cameras, no one even made a delivery.. why does this keep happening after so many complaints? I am okay if my package comes a bit late, but I am not okay when it’s marked as “delivered” and it’s clearly not. Now I have to chase my package down, unnecessary. EDIT: despite having huge, vibrant post number on my mailbox, I frequently get mail from the neighbors, and vice versa! This shouldn’t be happening, as many of us depend on mail as a primary correspondence! 😡 can’t just give peoples mail to anybody! Who knows if it’ll actually get to you!!

Always delivers my package to the house across my street, would be lovely to finally get my package!!!’ They need to make sure they deliver the packages correctly !!! So tired of calling customer service

I agree with a previous posted review: Mr. Sampson, the post master, is very rude and disrespectful! He always seems to catch an attitude with people reporting issues or those who have complaints regarding their mail or or packages not being delivered. I understand that due to Covid-19 and the Holiday season, deliveries may be delayed, but even prior to this, for years, I've been having issues with receiving other residents mail, my mail or packages being placed in other resident's mailboxes or on their doorstep. A year or two ago, I've completed a form at this post office that list all of the people that reside in my home, yet, I still receive other people's mail. Just this evening, I checked the status of some packages that were to be delivered today, and two of them had been flagged as "Delivery Attempt: Action Needed" which left me confused because I had waited home all day for my packages, and NO ONE knocked on my door and there was also NO NOTICE left on my door with instructions for picking up my packages. In addition to not getting my packages, I did not receive my mail pieces, shown in my informed delivery portal, that were to be delivered today. Several residents also checked their mail boxes today, only to find that they too had not received any mail. The only thing comes to my mind is that the mail carrier simply just did not deliver mail in my area today!
