🙃 I originally left a great review bc they were so amazing initially. Dr Gouldy and his wife were so sweet. However, things took a turn after my file ended up missing for weeks before it was given to me. Long story short I WAS CHARGED over 6k for just a little under a month. $6,510.00 to be exact. Mind you I only had a soft tissue claim from a car wreck. I had No broken bones or strains. Just back and neck pain, and was charged over 6k!!!!!! They REFUSED to reduce the charges and I feel ripped off. The only machine that was somewhat beneficial was the neck stretching one.. my back and neck still feels painful…and honestly it’s gotten worst. I was bullied into receiving injections. I was told that I HAD to get them. Previous staff members warned me but I didn’t listen bc I’m the type to give people the benefit of the doubt. I was sadly mistakened. RIDICULOUS!!!! UPDATE: I didn’t want to be reimbursed for treatment I received !!!! I wanted the fees to be reduced !
