Gotta love that chicken fill yay! Ordering on the app is very easy, and earning points towards free items is great! You can still scan your QR code, on the app, if you didn't want to place an order ahead of time. I always opt for the curbside pickup option, so I don't have to wait in line.

My husband and I have visited a few times at this new location and each time it's been an outrageous amount of time we waited on food. We waited 14 minutes on a milkshake and ice cream cone two times now while people ordering cooked food left faster. I realize it's new but this doesn't live up to the chickfila standards.

Good question, sorry I can't help with that... but if you drive a little bit far, un Winston-Salem, at Peters Creek, that store is allowing inside dinner tight now...
Were in the middle of a pandemic and that's all your cared about also they are a chain resteraunt your 80 a week don't mean squat! Can't you ask a question nicely?

The location your talking about is the one over at mainstreet, wich they are rebuilding to make a bigger drive through. You must have this location confused with the one at union cross
Yes this has been happening before the pandemic and I for one like it a new building with a much better drive thru and better service! More restaurants need to do this 😆
They all have face masks and are still as friendly and patient as can be. Its pretty standard, I have no reason to complain.
Caden, it's sad you had this experience. We've ordered food from here a couple of times in the morning, but we always received good customer service. Hopefully one of the managers or individuals from corporate will see you experience and respond. Best wishes!
