I have been living at the Valleydale Park for the past 7 months. It is without a doubt one of the best managed parks. Derrik and his family do an excellent job maintaining the park as well as the homes. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I was looking for a home that would increase my quality of life and I found it. I highly recommend it.
