AMAZING ! I haven’t had insurance in 2 years so walking in I was a bit nervous. I walked in , the environment was clean and welcoming. Staff was great from beginning to end. The front desk was very helpful. Then the assistant who took my X-rays was soooo awesome. I have a small bite and she took her time and helped me readjust the bite wings to not cause me so much pain. The hygienist was also very informative and answered any questions I had. The dentist was super sweet and sympathetic and relatable. She made sure to not make me feel guilty for not coming to the dentist sooner. She said my teeth are healthy , just have bad genes lol ( which I knew already ). She told me she was in the same boat lol now the checkout process. Bryanna was my checkout person and planning advocate. We sat down she told me the numbers and when I explained my situation to her and the office manager missy, they immediately jumped into action. They both started crunching numbers and seeing what they can do to help me. I started out thinking I was going to have to find another dentist and start all over but they made it happen ! They were able to discount me and split my payment up enough so it was affordable. The starts of the show were DEFINITELY Bryanna and missy ! 10/10 for the whole office though !
