I have never had a worse experience. I planned a trip for 14 people to kayak down the river for my husband’s birthday. I called twice a week with questions or additions for the trip for about 3 weeks prior to the trip. There was a lot of rain the week of the trip so o called to ask what their weather policy was. I was instructed that it was the renter’s decision to make and to come on down. With the amount of rain, I tried to call the day before the trip to confirm we were still good. No one answered more returned my phone call. We get to the place, and their is a sign that says “closed due to flooding,” so I call to ask what to do. They answer and say it is due to safety reasons they had to close with the water being too high and that someone was supposed to call me yesterday to let me know. Not only did they not call, but I tried to call, and received no communication. I’m not frustrated with the safety protocol. I’m frustrated with the lack of communication this company provided with no apology given. I was warned about the customer service being lacking by other reviews, but chose to still proceed so I guess that is on me.

What an amazing day! Beautiful, relaxing paddle out, amazing views at the springs, cool toys (underwater scooter), and beautiful underwater scenery. And just as important, our guide, Nick, was as good as it gets; knowledgeable, funny, friendly, attentive; a perfect guide and host for our family.

Taylor (owner) was exceptionally helpful as a guide and provided everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Between the water scooters, snorkeling, and paddle boards, you have everything you need to enjoy your time at Cyprus springs.

Our group of 11 had an amazing experience thanks to Snaggy Bend Outfitters. The whole experience was fluid and easy. Crystal had the best stories that kept us laughing and gave us insight to the area on our vacation. We ended up renting 4 different canoes/kayaks and the price was very affordable. We just loaded up in their van and they took us to the drop off point with all of our snacks and gear in tow. Crystal gave the best directions on where to find the spring from the launch point and how to get back exactly where we needed to be for the pick up point. The t-shirts are very comfortable as well and their homely and hospitable attitude provided outstanding service.

35 for single, 40, double, and 50 for a triple kayak and 40 for a canoe. I believe its 20 for a shuttle if you bring your own.
They are very unfriendly to dogs. Even service animals
Not sure. If you going anytime soon call them 1st to see if they are open. Last weekend they were closed for the high water level.
You can make reservations, I actually recommend canoe adventures next door! Much friendlier staff, newer/ better equipment, and better priced. Cypress springs employees knocked my daughter over with their kayaks trying to beat our family in the water at the launch. We were going to rent from them the day before but the employees were very rude and we decided not to. Then that happened. We went next door and had a great experience!
They only have canoes and kayaks
Yes
Your at the spring entrance down stream within 600 yards, or 10 mins from your launch,, then another 5 mins upstream to get to the head of the springs, I work for another outfitter here in Vernon, so this is 100% Legit.
Sunshine on the escatawpa has a 14 mile overnight trip where you can rent the canoe
No they will shuttle but they do charge you for it.
