TL;DR - Incredibly friendly and easy to work with. No pressure environment. Focused on making sure that you get the right fit for you. My girlfriend and I were driving aimlessly around looking for car dealerships and came across Gleason. The yard was neat and clean (most of the other locations we came across in the Athol/Orange area were overgrown or looked like Uncle Gerry's driveway when he's mid project). Service was super friendly. We were greeted less than a minute of being there and they were super friendly. We test drove several cars and didn't once feel pressured into buying anything. Their interest was centered around making sure that we found what we were looking for, rather than just making a sale. We did end up buying a car there and they were really good at helping us work with our bank to get things squared away. Just because we were so new to the process we did run into a few snags during the process of trading in our old car, but they were very willing to work with us through the process until everything was all set and we were able to drive off the lot with a new (to us) car. Would buy from them again.

My experience with this business was Absolutely terrible. I was interested in spending many thousands of dollars on a large metal building and received the most appoling treatment from not only a salesman but the owner of the business. As soon as I pull up he threatens me as if I had done something wrong for being on the lot, in which his used vehicles and metal buildings were showcased on. Mind you, my wife and I never even left our vehicle and were in broad daylight during business hours. There were no signs informing customers about his apparent policy's that he was all but yelling at me about with extreme hostility until I interuppeted him and said I was leaving the property at which time he threatened me stating he had my license plate number as if I had actually done something wrong. the owner was acting like he may have been under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol with The way he was behaving. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Gleasons motors for any kind of business based on my experience.

My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from Clouatre Motors. George is the owner and ALWAYS steers us to vehicles that will be right for us and do what we need them to do reliably. He has even steered us away from vehicles that we wouldn't end up happy with. Every car/van we have bought from him has been excellent running, no problems and totally reliable. He has bent over backwards to help us out. I would send anyone here to get a vehicle. He sells quality cars at very reasonable prices and will back you up as a customer even after the sale. If he tells you that its a good car, you can trust him on it.
