Beach was like all other locations on our emerald coast! I didn’t realize there was NO parking….. NO bathrooms, this is a private beach area, wish the google maps would have indicated this info…

Public beach access on 30A, with a spot to lock your bike. No shower and no restroom, but a nice spot to access the beach. As of May 2018, there is tons of free paved parking in a development that is stalled, about 150 yards to the east.

Steep stairs and, worst of all, gear rental companies can no longer set up chairs/umbrellas for folks renting homes there. You can lug your own, though.

Yes. But please avoid using lights or flashlights as it confuses the wildlife. State Parks close at dusk, but public access points are open. Enjoy our beaches, but please leave it like you found it (or better).
