Fishing trip on the Jubilee was excellent. And this review should not reflect on them. Caught a very nice stringer of snapper and other fish and the deckhands were great. However, when we took our fish to be cleaned we were told to “keep our tickets” “no ticket, no fish” from the guy at the window where you drop your fish off. They also told us if you’re not back after three days to pick up they would throw them out. I came barely 48 hours later and they had already threw our fish out. When I asked why I found that they had written the wrong date on the ticket. When I went up front to ask how this happened and what could be done I was pretty much treated like I was lying and trying to get something for nothing. So, the fish that we had planned on using for a fish fry with family was gone, and the $300 dollar fishing trip was for nothing. For the record there was 13 lbs of fish. They did reluctantly refund the $9.75 they charged for cleaning them. But no apology and being made to feel like a liar insured I will try to find alternatives when getting my fish cleaned after our fishing trips from now on.

Tasty sea food, but the lady that helped us wasn't helpful at all, didn't even asked if we needed help, I asked a guy if he worked there she heard me and didn't even offered help. She seem like she was annoyed that we were there, we all (3 adults) thought she wasn't helpful friendly at all, we thought maybe because we come from Oklahoma and everyone is so nice and helpful there.

I went on the sun screamer boat it was very very nice we seen all kinds of dolphins I would definitely recommend this to everybody who goes down to Panama City Beach you have to take the sunset tour it was just beautiful I highly recommend it I'll definitely do this again when I get back down to Panama City Beach you have to take the sunset tour it's just beautiful

Went on the Sea Screamer.. Had a ball ! All the goodness the reviews say.. it was just that! The driver to the bartender made sure of that! The dolphins showed up for us and showed out! The children and I loved it! Also reasonable snack and drink prices.. YOU SHOULD BE NEXT!
