We ordered 2 large pizza via phone. We talked to 2 different people between ordering. Maybe that’s where everything went wrong. We told the order to two different people and when we arrived to pick up our food, after an hour wait, we were greeted with angry, unhappy workers. We waited about 15 minutes after arriving and finally got our two large pizzas. We opened them to check after we got out of the crowded restaurant, and they were both extremely wrong. We decided it would be in our best interest to just ask for a refund instead of waiting another hour for new pizzas. We were disrespectfully told to “move out of the way” by a worker as we were waiting for our money back. We finally got the money back and left. It was atrocious, and the workers were very rude and seemed unhappy.

The garlic knots were good but were definitely premade. The pizza we got was super burned and that’s all you could taste

Over the course of 3 days my husband and I ate here twice! First night was pizza, wings (extra extra extra extra crispy) & garlic knots- it was all so delicious! I had to call back to tell the man he did such a great job! I’m from upstate NY so I know good pizza and wings. The second time we went we got the Philly and wings, that Philly cheese stake was the best I’ve ever had! The calzone was good but could do without ricotta cheese. Everything was good and the people are there were nice. If we’re back in the area we would definitely be back to Mr. Maines pizzeria! We will be telling people about here! 🤤

Here on vacation looking for a stay in night at the room. The food was great we had little bit of everything. Really want to say the staff was polite and courteous keep me updated while I waited for my food was really pleased with the service. Please check them out if visiting Panama City Beach.
