Not truly a resort. You have to take your own trash to the dumpsters, and the amenities are truly lacking. The pool is so very nasty. There is sludge/slime on the walls and it feels like a bucket of sand has been dumped in the bottom. Not being treated daily. Broken umbrellas and total lack of maintenance. Sites once had grass, but now there is sand and green mesh...which our dog got tangled up in. Old sprinklers stick up at sites, but they don't work. Electrical boxes are MISSING THE WEATHER COVER....totally exposed to rain. Cable hookups require an adapter, and you have to bring your own. Dog park is outside of entrance...You have to walk down sidewalk to access it. Had trash and broken fencing inside. Gate around resort is broken. This place has SO MUCH POTENTIAL, but someone is NOT maintaining it. This is more of an RV park. When the pool has slime and hair floating around, and you see CUSTOMERS skimming the pool, then you have a problem. Not what was promised from photos, and it's really sad to see the lack of management because the location is excellent. They need management on SITE 24 hours, and they need to get this place fixed up. I was severely disappointed.

Have been coming here for 20 years. It is sad to see how much the resort has gone downhill under the new owners. The pool is in shambles and, the power boxes are falling apart. We questioned the difference in pricing and the manager said it changes based on daily calls from their corporate office. The people parked next to us made their reservations in January 2022 like we did and their rental for a pull through site was less their ours and they are staying a day longer.

We had a great stay with these folks. For bout a week. The lady’s in the office was very helpful and very friendly. The location of the resort was really close to everything. Patches across street was a one minute walk. Their music was noticeable but it was always cut off at a reasonable time. We actually enjoyed setting outside. Awesome time. All good here. Oh yea and very pet friendly.

We stayed here back in July '21 and were very disappointed. We have stayed here many times and never dreamed that it would look like it did back in July '21. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. You couldn't even walk around in the pool without globs of hair floating up. The sides of the pool walls were unbelievably nasty. My question, is it under new management and cleaned up or is it the same? I actually took pics but I can't find them.

Can you keep in there for three months
You can walk across the road a short distance to an amazing beach.
They're just finishing up a dog park area, very pet friendly. They only do daily and weekly rates March-mid September. Its crowded in the warm months but varies during fall & winter
Yes but they stay booked up so we book early.
We have a Starcraft that is small enough to back in a spot. You will need a pull through spot probably. Those are more. We stayed last month for a week. $425.00 plus fees and taxes. ☺
not even state parks allow a year booking in advance. I was able to book at Panama Beach Resort 9 months in advance. Like most places in Florida the people that have stayed before get first choice for the following year.
Yes they allow pets. I do think that they have a restriction on a few breeds
I saw several dogs on the beach but I dont think they're allowed technically. Never saw anyone patrolling the beaches though.
The pool is heated.
They have a 2 bedroom that sleeps 8 people. 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa and king size bed.
44' 5th wheel here and no problems getting in or out
Our condo rates rates vary depending on the time of year. You can give our booking office a call and they will be happy to help. 850 249 7352

If site is open, they let you in. Power, water, sewage, no fire ring or table. Sites are ragged out to...dirty. poor maintain camp ground.
Yes, they do but not a strong signal.
We are here for the entire month of Oct and it was 987. I recommend calling the office the price since u want to stay all winter. It's a beautiful park and friendly. Heated pool.
Yes the county pier is close by and you can fish from the beach at St Andrew's state park which is less than a mile from the Rv park
Very carefully.
Just got back from there and Its cheaper by the week which I did but I think during the summer its around 100 a night.
Yes they do.
No
Yes a taxi, scooter's, golf cart depending upon how close you are to your restaurant you choose
I was there in September Great place to stay. We also rented a golf cart and used it all week. Really a clean and friendly place Beach is within walking distance.
Yes, they are opened but very full. Call the office and they'll be happy to help you.
Call for availability and how far along they are in recovering from the storm.
That's what I've been wondering, pray that they didn't
You rent your space, if available a lady named Kim has one she rents. You pay for your lot and then rent her RV
No, last account of rental property obtainable there were two or three rooms that have been declared as being very nice. You would need to call them to be sure of current availability of any of these.
We were there 2 weeks ago and they allowed us to have a fire pit
They are daily, weekly, and in the winter monthly for the snow birds
