We did not actually go to this side... We were on the Toccoa side. We walked out to the end of the bridge and put a lock on the chain link fencing with the other locks. We engraved our names and wedding date on the lock. My husband even used a black marker to fill in the engraving marks so it would be easier to read. There are only a handful of locks there now but I bet there will be lots more to come. It's better than defacing property or carving up an innocent tree with your initials or names and such.
